INFRASTRUCTURE perfected

We turn raw hardware into
production AI factories.

Builders, operators, architects and engineers behind some of the world's most demanding AI clusters. From a 100-rack enterprise cluster to a 10,000-GPU hyperscale delivery, one accountable team designs, builds, runs and certifies your AI infrastructure — then hands it back when you're ready.

The gap we close

The chips got faster.
The stack didn't.

Every ~18 months a new GPU generation lands with a step-change in performance. The infrastructure around it — power, cooling, network fabric, provisioning and operations — moves only as fast as the team that assembles it. That gap is where projects stall: racks that arrive before the hall is ready, a fabric that passes a factory test but not a live floor, a cluster that boots but never reaches its benchmark.

Kenvant exists to close that gap — one accountable team taking hardware from goods-in to a validated, benchmarked, production cluster, and keeping it there.

What we build

From general contractor to GPU

One accountable party across the entire delivery stack. We coordinate the general contractor and every subcontractor beneath them — civil, power, cooling, network and hardware — down to the individual GPU running production workloads.

01

General contractor coordination

One accountable party over building shell, civil works, site logistics, permits and overall programme coordination.

02

Power & cooling

MV/LV distribution, UPS, direct-liquid cooling and heat reuse — integrated with Schneider and Vertiv for low PUE at density.

03

Data-center fit-out

Racks, PDUs, containment, structured copper and fibre cabling, and full acceptance testing to a validated standard.

04

Network fabric

InfiniBand and Ethernet spine-leaf, storage and management networks — validated end-to-end with NCCL all-reduce.

05

Compute & storage

HGX / DGX integration, GPU burn-in, and parallel storage tiers on Weka, VAST and DDN — engineered to keep GPUs fed.

06

GPU & platform

OS, Slurm / Kubernetes, orchestration and performance validation — GPUs brought up to live, validated production workloads.

Services

Onsite delivery, end-to-end

One accountable owner for the whole delivery — hardware supply, factory integration and the vendor support contract included. Everything from goods-in to an accepted, production cluster and Day-2 residency runs through a single team, on your site.

  1. 01

    Site readiness survey

Onsite survey of the data-hall — space, raised floor, power and cooling confirmed against the approved rack layout before a single rack ships.

  2. 02

    White-glove receiving & placement

Goods-in, de-palletise, position each rack on its floor tile and acclimatise — packaging and debris removed. Rack-and-stack where hardware ships as components.

  3. 03

    Deployment & power-up

Power tie-in to rack PDUs, first boot, firmware brought to baseline, and full build verification — BIOS, BMC, RAID and configuration — plus vendor field diagnostics.

  4. 04

    Liquid-cooling commissioning

Direct-to-chip liquid loops, coolant distribution units, manifolds and quick-disconnects — with hot/cold-aisle containment for the air-cooled balance of the load.

  5. 05

    Network & fabric bring-up

Ethernet (RoCEv2) scale-out plus front-end, management and out-of-band networks — switch init, VLAN/LAG, and end-to-end fabric. Performance owned in-house, not the vendor's queue.

  6. 06

    Cluster stack & platform

High-availability head nodes, per-type node images, GPU driver and CUDA stack, and monitoring with health and thermal-limit checks — every node UP in the cluster manager.

  7. 07

    Acceptance & benchmarks

NCCL and HPL plus the industry-standard MLPerf and AIPerf suites, validated against agreed thresholds before sign-off — proof the cluster performs, not just boots.

  8. 08

    Documentation & Day-2 residency

As-built documentation and handover, then onsite server and cooling residents plus managed services — local-language operations that keep the cluster at the highest availability.

Modular data centers

15+ years of containerized, modular DC build

We design, build and operate containerized and modular data halls for national-scale, mission-critical infrastructure — carried from first drawing through commissioning, operations, and full physical relocation when a site needs to move. Reversible, not just deployable.

Fire-rated modular shelters

Plug-and-play technical shelters in fire-retardant mineral-wool sandwich panels (100 mm, U-value 0.40 W/m²K) — independently fire-inspected and returned approved without remarks.

Engineered for efficiency

High-density liquid cooling engineered to the compute platform — rear-door heat exchangers for GPU racks, direct-to-chip loops for wafer-scale — with Schneider / APC containment and structured Commscope fiber, all supplied and installed as part of the container.

One envelope, any compute

The same 16-rack container envelope has been engineered for both GPU racks and wafer-scale systems — re-configurable rather than single-purpose, and sized to whichever platform you target.

Reversible by design

A full facility relocation delivered end-to-end — crane move, fiber re-patch, thermal-imaging verification, fire-suppression re-commissioning and formal sign-off. The infrastructure comes back out as cleanly as it went in.

Capabilities

Enterprise-first, sovereign-grade

Built from day one for the industries with the hardest requirements — regulated data, strict isolation, and workloads that can never touch the public cloud.

Enterprise-grade compliance

SOC 2, ISO 27001 and ISAE 3000 — with a track record of reaching certification in under twelve months. Built for pharma, finance, defense and sovereign programmes.

Hard multi-tenant isolation

Physically separated storage, dedicated VLANs and VRFs, per-tenant backends and full audit trails — regulation-ready for HIPAA, the EU AI Act and EHDS.

Air-gapped & sovereign

Fully isolated architectures with no external connectivity — self-hosted repositories, data-diode transfers and autonomous operations. Any jurisdiction, sovereign-grade.

Agentic & on-prem inference

Production agentic workflows and on-prem model serving — including air-gapped AI-assisted development — so sensitive data never leaves your environment.

24/7 operations & SRE

Round-the-clock monitoring, on-call response and SLA-backed uptime — the same operators who build the cluster keep it running in production.

Full audit & observability

Per-tenant audit trails, immutable logging and end-to-end telemetry — evidence-ready for auditors and regulators at any time.

A sovereign AI factory — bare metal to production in four months.

Turn-key delivery of a fully sovereign AI factory: an empty data center taken to validated production AI training in four months. The automation we invest in once is reused on every build — a later expansion brought a new GPU generation online in about two weeks.

Invest once in automation. Replicate forever.
